The Cathodoluminescence Mapping System is designed to simultaneously acquire, amplify and digitize CL signal in three spectral ranges selected by a customer. The integrated microprocessor allows real time converting of acquired data into bitmap files and their storage in the device memory.
Sensor unit of the system allows integration with scanning electron microscope. Analog signals from three channels of the sensor unit are amplified up to 3 Volts level. Digital electronics allows acquiring of ten thousand data point per second (0.1 msec per data point).
Specification:
Number of channels 3 parallel channels (“red”, “green”, “blue”)
Spectral ranges at half maximum: Channel 1: 335nm – 365 nm
Channel 2: 370nm – 382 nm
Channel 3: > 410nm
Analog output level Up to 3 Volts
Data acquisition rate 0.1 msec/ data point
Map image format Bitmap
Maximum resolution 11.5 megapixels
